I walked in to the location and the check in process was quick and easy with the QR code. I was seen very quickly and the PA took his time in the exam and administered the medication to stop the swelling immediately. Because I was traveling, he phoned in pills for me to take with me for my trip back home. I was highly impressed with the entire visit

I found myself needing a quick urgent care appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment and complete my registration paperwork online in my uber ride. I was seen on time. Staff were supportive and the environment was very clean. I received excellent care. I will definitely return if additional medical care of this nature is needed.

From the ladies at the front desk (Jasmine and Janae) to the MA (Nyra) and PA (Braedon) everyone was very nice and made sure I was comfortable! 🙏🏻 I can tell each one is passionate about what they do. There was little wait time and I was seen within 10 minutes after arriving. If you’re looking for a urgent care with little wait time and great service give them a try! I made sure to get their names before I left because they deserve to be recognized for the great work they do. Thank you

Went in for exactly 12 minutes and was charged $400. Very bad ear infection and was told that they’d be able to prescribe me something, and five minutes later said they couldn’t. I had a fever, severe pain, and not even a stronger pain medication was provided.

Terrible!!! On 8/27/2025, my son injured his foot playing basketball, and so we called various urgent cares in the city because we just needed a simple X-ray to know if it was a break or a sprain. They told us on the phone and again on site before we received the X-ray that it would cost us $175 for the X-ray and the doctor visit--all in. The PA (not a physician, but a physicians assistant) told us that his foot had a break but was waiting for the radiologist's (off-site somewhere) official report. It came back as not a break, but a "slight separation." What?!? So, we left with an inconclusive diagnosis. But it gets better... They charged us the $175 that day which I put on our credit card, which was consistent with what they shared prior. That day I thought I had signed for the credit card authorization of that day's service, but a month later on 9/26/2025, sure enough our credit card was automatically charged another $96.43, but from a "Wellnow Urgent Care." Then, another month thereafter on 10/26/2026, we got another auto-charge for $96.43 (for a total of $192.86 of additional charges) from the same company. Upon talking to their billing, they told me that I signed up for auto-pay for all "future services and charges." Huh?!? What?!? Auto-pay? For what future charges? There were no future planned additional services?!? What kind of fine print?!? On top of that, I've lost hours trying to figure this all out and on the phone to get these charges reversed with the billing department of "Wellnow Urgent Care" (?) in NY. No such luck there. Ugh! SMH. All that to say, I'd completely avoid this place!
