This was a fantastic healthcare experience! Everyone from the receptionists to the providers were friendly and efficient. My appointment began early and was quick yet thorough—I didn’t feel rushed, nor was I waiting huge amounts of time. The follow-up was timely and clear. I’ll definitely be returning for any healthcare needs.

I had an overall great experience at my urgent care visit and appreciated the staff. The walk in wait time was quick and both the medical assistant and Dr. Bachman were diligent and kind. Dr. Bachman took her time and asked me a variety of questions to make me feel heard. I would certainly visit again!

I’ve been going here for five years. Today I saw the PA who was exceptionally good. But overall I have to give a one rating because over these last 3 years or so the place has become observably run down. What’s going on here? This used to be a really happy, welcoming, respectable place with cleanliness as an obvious top priority with an abiding upbeat vibe. I know the manager and she’s very competent. This has to be a systemic problem causing this deficit. My work before retirement was in Quality Improvement. This clinic/urgent care center seems to need an intervention including a facility facelift and an infusion of employee appreciation. Is there just no money to run a top notch medical facility there? Then why bother? Honestly when I was there today I thought I was in an underserved facility making me want to tidy the place up. Someone should take a deep look into the reason for this sad decline. There are many people who count on this place. I challenge you to bring it back to its previous respectability. Come on. The neighborhood deserves it. I’d be ashamed if I was in charge of ensuring this place has the resources and focus to be the best it can be. If I were guessing, this has to be about money and that will catch up with you eventually. Seriously, do none of the top leadership have business degrees? We’re talking about the most important aspect of serving the public. I challenge you to get moving sooner than later to make the place sparkle again.

Jessica the PA was wonderful. She listened, explained everything thoroughly. I was seen on time. The receptionist and Medical assistant were very nice as well. The receptionist even helped me put the pharmacy location in my phone GPS before I left. Would highly recommend.

Two weeks after my visit, I received an additional charge from WellNow. I checked in and was given a price of my visit ($97) which is a lot but I was willing to pay it. I had the visit, didn't need any tests or labs, and was sent on my way. I asked at the desk before I left if anything further was needed and I was told no. I then am told that the price they charged was 'merely an estimate' which was NEVER communicated to me and they were going to charge an extra $70. I spoke to them and said they would not run my credit card as I was disputing the charge and then they ran my credit card anyway. Horrific and unacceptable. RUN AWAY.
