Wait time in the waiting room was short, though I did spend a while waiting once inside the exam room. The staff overall were very friendly and polite. The medical assistant was kind and professional, but I do have concerns about the vaccination technique. I experienced more bleeding than expected, including a fully saturated bandage shortly after, and developed a fairly large bruise that worsened before improving, which is something I haven’t experienced with vaccines before. It may be worth reviewing. The physician was professional, attentive, and took my concerns seriously, which I appreciated. I’ve included a photo from the morning after for reference. Bandaid from post 1 hour after vaccine.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. It was A very clean environment. The staff was very nice. The nurse and the doctor was concerned about my injury. We talked about it. They did an x-ray and I was given a prescription much better than waiting in an emergency room.
