This clinic manages to scam both the insurance company and the patient at the same time, quite an impressive business model. I went there for the first time looking for a new PCP and requested the routine blood tests I normally do every three months with other providers. These are standard labs that, at places like Quest Diagnostics, usually cost my insurance between $500 and $700. For some reason, this clinic charged my insurance more than $3,600 for the exact same tests. Whether the lab is owned by the clinic or outsourced to a third party, the result was the same: because of these absurd and unexplained charges, I ended up paying more than $1,300 out of pocket. Apparently, this clinic believes routine blood work should be priced like a luxury experience. Unfortunately, patients are the ones paying for it. I would strongly advise anyone to carefully review billing details before agreeing to lab work here. There is simply no logical explanation for charging more than five times what other labs charge for the exact same tests.

Let me start by saying Amiko Gomez is the best Physician Assistant I've ever seen, I love how she's so compassionate with people and to how you're health is. The front desk on the other hand need to enforce the same mandatory mask to everyone not just who they feel like telling. I came to drop off my handi cap placard renewal paper and she told us to grab a mask , due to it being mandatory, but I turn amd see 3 people without mask, then others walking from back to leave and yet again no mask. Even a nurses daughter back there no mask. Be consistent with everyone

I visited the facility yesterday and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far. I waited for over 3 hours to even see someone about my injury. Then, when I called to make an appointment with the specialist I was referred to, I found out they put the referral in incorrectly and I still haven’t been contacted about an update. I’ve made several calls to the facility since my visit about a response and they keep saying “someone will get back to you” ….no one has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Please beware of coming here for any emergency services as the urgent care facility is a frud you'll be waiting over 4 hours because the dont have enough pediatrician physicians, staff is doing their best i want to believe that but the manager Brittney Gray, is very unprofessional when dealing with people as she has no care or manners for dealing with people and buds in conversation as we know who she is. They asked my child how she felt 1-10?! she said 10 they didn't even care.. still waiting to see the doctor after waiting in the lobby for several hours. All we hear in this lonely patient room is staff walking working saying its a busy lobby. Where's the doctors?!!!

“Urgent” care??? Be prepared to wait for atleast 3 hours for your turn, sometimes doctors will not even come and see you and only nurse will do the job, I am sure they have the reasons for the same. Get well soon!
