Dr. Alfred Martin is a phenomenal Primary Care Doctor & service provider. Even more he is a great persin to interact with. He is very thorough, thoughtful and understanding of his patients. The front desk and lab staff were wonderful as well. Thanks UofC Medicine!

Don’t display a 4:00 pm closing time in Saturdays if you will not open for someone arriving before that time. We were trying to call at 3:30 pm nobody answering phones. If you are not working at that time change your schedule hours online and on the door. Don’t make sick people lose precious time and deny care.

Charging hospital prices for a simple urgent care visit. Absolutely ruined me for a couple of months even after insurance billed me. Don't go here and go somewhere else.

I came in for an urgent medical appointment after traveling internationally. The nurse I saw had horrible bed side manner and shared that the only thing that could be offered was Tylenol for pain and Zofran for nausea. I asked if the visit would be covered by insurance and was lectured on patient responsibility. There is no need to be cruel and dismissive to patients who are at a vulnerable state. Clearly there needs to be additional training in sensitivity and patient care.

Went in for back pain and left feeling cared for and at ease. Dr. Newberg and the intake nurse were so kind and helpful. The best urgent care experience I've ever had. Thank you!
