The staff here are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure you understand the care you’re receiving. The entire team works efficiently while still maintaining a warm and compassionate atmosphere. They truly make what could be a stressful situation feel like a pleasant and reassuring experience. By far one of the best urgent care facilities I’ve visited!

This was the fastest and best service I’ve had at urgent care, this is definitely my new spot. The ladies at the front were helpful, Trent- MA/LPN/RN, not sure- he was fantastic and so thorough! Then Dr Rob gave me the meds I needed and had me on my way! I highly recommend this urgent care.

I went in for back pain. I waited 3 hours and paid $175 out of pocket. When Malesa Price, DO finally came in the room (I was the last person she saw, but not the last person in que to be seen) she was curt, rushed and seemed annoyed that I was even there. My theory is that she and her assistants had decided that I was there to get pain pills for my back. I didn't want pain pills. I just wanted information and maybe a course of prednisone if it would help. She did some adjustments to me, like a chiropractor would do, and told me to go see a chiropractor. That's fine, the assessment wasn't what I thought it'd be but I was prepared to trust her judgement. When I asked for a doctors note she seemd very annoyed and asked for what. I said bending and lifting. She said, "is your job bending and lifting?" I explained my job and she reluctantly wrote the note. It was all very condescending. I didn't get any kind of diagnostic papers from my visit. I'm sad, and upset about all of this. I'm a reasonable person. I understand she wanted to be done for the day, but i expect professionalism and some respect. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone, especially if you have to deal with Malesa Price, DO.

My only issue is that the staff could be friendly & greet patients cordially, instead of being aloof. Other than that, I had a fairly good visit. Filled out my paperwork, returned it to the clerk, and sat in the waiting area for about 10-15 minutes. Got called in and seen by the nurse (I presume), and I was on my way out the door. That particular day, a Thursday, wasn't crowded at all. However, on my return visit, the waiting area had about ten persons. As soon as I got to the window, the clerk announced, "Please have a seat & I will call you when I'm ready." I was shocked at her curt delivery. (This was after she ignored me for about 2 minutes while fumbling with a bedazzled stapler, by the way) I felt unseen, ignored, and rather embarrassed. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes, and then she eventually called me to the window. I got served by her in three minutes at the most. I suppose I would come back here if necessary.

I went there today was told 2 people ahead of my daughter. They said 30 mins to sn hour wait. So we checked in and opted into receiving a text when they were ready for us. So after an hour I went inside and waited another 30 mins. I went up to the desk snd the woman at the front was very rude and when I asked she said we were next. As I'm standing there I see her send the text to my phone. I sit down i checked the text and tell my daughter they did forget about us she rudely interrupted and said no we didn't. Poor customer service all the way around. The nurse and Dr were nice. The nurse even apologized for her rudeness.
