Very fast professional service. Everyone was respectful and pleasant. Was greeted with a smile and was handled efficiently. From now on if I have to visit Concentra this would be the place that I choose.

Went in for a screening and the girls there were very friendly and generous. Karmen helped me get thru my visit and I couldn't of been happier with her. She did a great job and explained things as needed.

I had a A+ visit and experience with Rasheedah & Leah (I hope I spelled names correctly)!!! They went above and beyond the normal visits I've ever attended at any Concentra facility from here to the West Coast! Answered all my questions and definitely made my visit as comfortable and a quick visit as could be! They are a GREAT representative of that location!!! I have words & opinions of the facilities parking arrangements but I don't want that to down the Shine, experience and time I had with the Staff!!!

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. However, the nurse who administered the TB test was hesitant, rude, and unable to answer any of my questions. The injection was given very quickly and appeared to be placed into my vein. I was not given a choice of which arm to use, and the procedure was not explained beforehand.

Venice was such a nice Person from the moment I walked in! She was very professional and made sure that I understood how long approximately I would be there and walked me through all of the procedures with clarity and friendliness from start to finish :)
