I've been going here since before they were bought by new company but have had such great care with both ownerships. A few bumps in the switchover but upgrades once you figure it out are awesome. The four stars is a personal preference on wishing I could just handle my copay right then and there but I think I'm just having issues with my blue shield app. And that's made things a bit frustrating on just trying to pay. Staff is nice and usually when I've gone I've been a walk in and they're always fast in getting me seen and taken care of. I literally live 40+min away now but still found myself going there recently because the three places near me I tried going to all had issues like 3+ hour wait times and other things I just wasn't wanting to put up with. When I got there finally I was seen fast and their follow up and care to make sure I was all good was much appreciated.

Have had positive experiences at Nora urgent care, this was our first visit since switching to Community. My wife sprained her ankle pretty badly. We were attempting to get an xray to see if there was a fracture. The website lists xrays as an available service at this location. We were seen almost immediately upon arrival. That's where the positivity ends. The doctor came in the room, did not remove the bandage around the foot, did not look at the foot, did not offer ice, nothing. She informed us they don't do xrays at this location on the weekend. We would have to travel to community north for an xray. A little frustrated, but we get it, the weekends can be different. We went directly to Community North imagery office and were told they also don't perform xrays on the weekend. They said that urgent care keeps sending people there, but they can't help. I was told our two options were to visit the emergency room or wait for outpatient walk ins that open tomorrow morning. We called the nora office to express our frustration. We were informed that we had just "misunderstood" the nurse in imaging. They said the imaging nurse meant we had to go to the emergency room with the xray order but wouldn't be charged for an ER visit. At this point we gave up. No one seems to know whats going on in this network. We got zero treatment, were sent on a wild goose chase for an xray, and told different things by different people. Never going back.

I made a later appointment, but staff were able to get me in early, and saw me right away. This was a follow up visit. Received great care on both visits with all my questions answered, and felt like staff listened to all I had to tell them. Very much appreciated.

I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment and they were prompt. I explained my request/needs. After submitting urine sample, the test results indicated I had a UTI. The physician gave me a copy of the results, 2 prescriptions, and I was on my way by 10:00. I've been on the (5 -day) dosage now for 2 days and feel better already! 😋 Thanks for saving my Christmas!! Best wishes for the Mew Year!!

I made a next day appointment online for my daughter. It was a Saturday morning. When we got there it didn’t seem busy, only one person filling out paperwork in the waiting room. We were seen quickly. Everyone was kind and friendly. We were done within about 30 minutes. And it was so nice that the Rx was ready as soon as we got to the pharmacy. It was the quickest & easiest in-person doctor appointment I’ve ever experienced!
