Tessa is amazing. She makes sure she gets every detail they need for the doctor. She is patient and kind. She made me feel like they really care about what’s goin on. I definitely will be coming back if I have any issues. The doctor is also amazing, she made sure to double check all of my test results and made sure I understood what was going on. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like your healthcare providers actually care for your health.

Wait time is absurd. An Ed visit may have taken less time. Sitting in an urgent care for over 2 hours just isn't what the business model is. As a care provider I am well versed in patient acuity and the variables that can present. This was not the case. There was 1 provider and 2 MAs/Nurses present. None of which acted or moved with any urgency. From conversation in the waiting room amongst patients over half of us were presenting with cold/flu like symptoms, so again the acuity piece goes out the window on the surface. The staff was pleasant all things considered.

The best urgent care clic I’ve visited throughout my whole life. Everytime I’ve been here they have been really caring, I never had to wait all day! They communicate very well and make sure that my needs a met! Amazing staff and and amazing clean environment as well. Everyone is so very nice.

So unprofessional! Go elsewhere..trust me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I did the save a spot online for 5pm and registered online. That option is a joke and doesn’t help. I arrived at 4:54 and my name showed at 2nd to be seen. I checked in, but the screen never changed to showing me as such. I asked an hour later why I didn’t show checked in but they assured I’d be next. But I wasn’t. Others that came in after me were checked in and called before me. I questioned this and was rudely cut off saying those people had been there longer than I had, yet I pointed out that was false. Another woman was complaining the same thing that she had been there since 4:30 and others were going before her. She finally gave up and left upset after 6pm. She had been promised she’d be next but others also were called before her. I demanded to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come talk to me to even as much as apologize. No accountability, nothing. Nobody ever gave explanation. The front desk staff were talking about the back staff negatively right in front of me…very distasteful! I wasn’t seen until 7pm after watching all the people go ahead of me that were walk ins after me, except one. This place is not organized nor professional and I don’t recommend. I usually don’t post reviews but this had to be. It’s sad because this is closest to my home and I had gone there throughout the years when necessary when I was owned by a different company/under a different name. I never had issues like this. I guess I will have to find a place that actually cares and is professional. If I could give 0 stars I would!

The space was clean and that is where the good ends. The staff was very unprofessional. When they are in front of you, they pretend to be professional but behind closed doors they are laughing and making fun of patients. Heard registration laughing at a patient. And also heard the nurse and provider laughing at a group chat. I was scheduled for 845a and was first in line but because of the staff goofing off and joking I was not seen until 920a. Then when a flu test was given, the nurse barely even swabbed so of course it came back negative, though everyone else in my household was positive and I have all the symptoms. They even said it was shocking it was negative. Of course it was negative. Then when the provider came in, there was another person but all I got was his name. I never found out who he was. It made me uncomfortable. Then when the provider and this random guy leave, they are laughing and whispering. I feel like crap and really hate that this was my experience. Did not feel like I was taken seriously at all. Will be going literally anywhere else from now on.
