I made an appointment way ahead of time. I get that its flu season but PRIORITIZE!! I literally just had a uti..most of those ppl in the lobby coulda been sent home and be told to take otc like usual. They offered to get my urine same and had the audacity to tell me I still had to stay. With the looks of the nurses calling ppl back they looked rude and miserable. You could have easily collected my urine, saved everyone time and called me in a script.

This has been my place to take my children and trust if I need to get them seen, but will not be back after a visit with Nurse Practioner Kimberly Bruchen. I've never met someone with such horrible bedside manner, attitude, and the way she speaks and acts like you are ignorant. She made me feel like I was wasting her time when it came to evaluating my daughter and seemed like we were bothering her. Rude, unprofessional, and should consider a new profession if she doesn't want to talk to people and at least try to be pleasant.

I am highly impressed with Community-GoHealth and the staff. It was almost closing time and I thought they would probably try to rush me through so they could leave. I was surprised that not only did they not rush, I was actually there after closing time. All of the staff were very caring and patient with me and they each had a great bedside manner. I will definitely go there if needed in the future & I will not hesitate recommending them to others.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! ! ! STAFF IS RUDE ! ! ! STAFF HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ! ! ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! ! ! If I was able to give THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR I WOULD BUT THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE ! ! ! I went to this facility previously numerous of times never any problems stuff was always polite and helpful until they get bought out I want there with my son the woman at the window was totally rude I asked if she could look my son insurance because I had forgot my son's card that is my fault for forgetting she's proceeded to tell me go home and get his insurance card rudely I then told her I was 35 minutes away from home and I could not afford that because I didn't have enough gas to get back then in a anacondas way she said call the insurance company that I had asked her nicely I didn't know I had to do that because I've never had to do that before she proceeded to be rude so I just called my son's insurance company I gave her the number along with her IDs and I had asked nicely when did they change their policy because everyone can look up medical ID numbers at clinics she continues if you rude and told me I was being rude when I was just asking questions after she took all the information another lady walked up behind her and told me to leave we were not welcome backing up the lady that was rude from the minute I walked in then both of them started to yell at me and my son and said we press the panic button the police was on its way I don't understand why someone can be rude and act like that and then try to play the victim in the situation a panic button is for robberies please stop is in the wrong field the a sense of entitlement is through the roof you expect people to grovel and be grateful when you're rude and to never ask questions I hope they loses jobs I don't understand why she pressed the panic button because a panic button is for when you're being robbed and that should be against the law cuz it's like falsifying emergency same thing as in calling 911 for a hoax they lack the people skills to treat people like decent human beings they don't know how to treat people I've never once had issue at a doctor's office hospital nothing no one should be in this field if they lack skills to communicate without being rude and condescending and I will contact my insurance company to find out if they try to fill my cuz they told me to leave after they took down all the information including getting a copy of my son's ID lastly the only good review they have allegedly is from one of the staff members you could see their Google account

Dr. Becker and his team was very helpful and explained my injury thoroughly. I appreciate the human aspect of the process. I didn't feel like a bother.
