I came in on a Saturday morning having a difficult time breathing. I am from out of town and was driving home. The staff was so kind and thorough. I was seen immediately. It was a great comfort to me to receive such immediate and thoughtful care. I was afraid and in a strange city not even knowing the area was safe and everyone there made me feel safe and showed great compassion. I could not have asked for better treatment. I am so thankful that is where my gps led me. I'm home and safe thanks to all the staff.

Got me in and properly tested, and diagnosed with a quickness. Staff was amazing. 20 minutes start to finish and prescription was ready for pickup by the time I got home. They got it right because I had my first day without a fever today, they saw me Tuesday.

All of the staff were excellent from the time I entered the door. The office and medical teams communicated clearly and with attention and focus, and took their time with me. The best experience at an urgent care facility I've ever had.

Terrible. I brought my children here on different occasions because our hospital is Comunity brand. Every time we come here, the physicians or physician assistants on duty are useless. They don't spend very much time with the patient trying to figure out the problem or any solutions for that matter. They're quick to refer you out to someone else. They don't have x-ray available so don't waste your time. The staff just doesn't seem very knowledgeable and cannot provide a lot of information. Most of the times we are referred to the ER. The medical assistant didn't even know how to put on a brace and was administering care without any type of medication to a sports injury. Doctors are clueless, nursing staff is clueless, don't waste your time.

I set up an appointment online on Memorial Day morning. I was afraid of a long wait, but it was surprisingly short - and "Everybody Hates Chris" was a pleasant addition to the waiting room ambiance. I was treated with kindness and received proper care and was in and out in under an hour. They even gave me my first dose of medication on site to get a headstart in combatting the awful itch of poison ivy! Thanks so much!
