ER doctor was very thorough and professional. She explained the situation and treatment with clarity. The nursing staff was attentive and gave us a sense of comfort in an uncertain situation. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of compassionate and conscientious medical care. My family and I extend our thanks to a great medical team.

The people that work there are nice. To me and other clients. Nice clean and well taken care of facility. Equipment in good repair, that counts. I've already chosen months ago to switch to Community and I have no intention of ever leaving. I brag about my visits to other patients at Rosewalk of Luthorwoods where I live. They are directly across the street from the Hospital. I've been living here 5 1/2 years now. My parents were patients for many years.I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone looking a good place to go.

Often when I go to an emergency room, I feel neglected by the nurses and dismissed by the doctors. I did not feel that here! I felt respected and listened to by the security, nurses, and doctor. Should I have an emergency in the future, I would feel comfortable putting my care in their hands again!

Nurse Kyle is very gifted!!! He is efficient and has a trained eye. I’m a hard stick and always bruise. Because I’m a hard stick u had to have an iv in my hard. I did NOT bruise at all! Even the Imaging Tech Todd said my OG was flowing perfectly. And speaking of Imaging Tech Todd, he is very knowledgeable and thorough in his field. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful!!! Thank you East ED for caring about your patients.

My entire team from beginning to end was kind courteous caring pleasant smiling helpful. My visit was on a weekend which can be chaotic no matter what time of day. It was a smooth experience and quick I was there approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours all while having had x-rays a CT scan and a glass cast put on my wrist I’m not sure there could be anything more expected. Again the entire team was so helpful and professional and kind
