The text updates and my chart notifications were nice. When I was taken back to my room the Dr. and RN were waiting on me. They were super professional and efficient not rushed. When I had my IV placed it was the single best experience I have had. I have never had an IV site not hurt. I could tell that there have been changes made to improve patient experience.

I was in the ER for a migraine. I had went to the bathroom when I came back my IV line had gotten blood in it. I was concerned. A nurse was walking by and I said can you help me. She looked at me and start pressing in the IV bag. Then she proceeded to say, Im not not even clocked in yet. I said, well your a nurse aren't you? I said to it shouldn't matter if your clocked in our not. I was not happy with the way she didn't want to be bothered by me. Needless to say I never had such bad treatment from a nurse before. The nurse was working in CDU unit on second shift.

In a stressful time for me I had to go to community s hospital er for help with a potential cardiac emergency. The group of staff from cleanliness to nurses and drs to working medical devices and all help was so helpful and caring in a honest answer was a group of quality care providers Ty so much. Greg

My Daughter and her Mother were forced to wait over 6 hours to receive "Emergency" mental health care services. After arriving via ambulance they were left in a cold, uninviting, uncomfortable room where no one checked on them for hours at a time. When "care" was finally provided it was via a SCREEN, with a tele-Dr. who did not seem at all interested in helping diffuse the situation or understanding the needs of my Child or providing further care. The entire ordeal was a massive waste of our time and money. The process was so NEGATIVE that my Daughter is scared of having to return and is thus put-off from receiving further assistance for her mental health. I'm looking forward to the over-inflated bill for your services of taking blood pressure and of course gathering insurance information.

Never got offered a blanket or pillow cover. Never offered ice or water. Never even saw a doctor, Or one that identified themselves. I went into the er for the worst pain I've ever had. They managed to get the pain down with a NSAID thats NOT a narcotic...but I cant get without a prescription. They then prescribed me muscle relaxers, after telling them that the last 4 times my back has injured itself, muscle relaxers were prescribed, and they never helped. I INFORMED the nurse, and they said.. welp.. too bad. Good luck. Everytime I go back to this hospital, I have a worse experience. Fire whoever has been in charge the last 5 years.
