I had a great experience at Concentra for my appointment. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean and well organized, and I was seen in a timely manner with very little waiting. They explained the process clearly and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Concentra to anyone needing occupational health services or drug testing.

My husband came in Kema at the front desk made his experience amazing from the moment me and him walked in. She greeted every patient with professionalism, kindness, and such positive energy. Even while handling a busy front desk, check-ins, paperwork, and questions, she stayed calm, patient, and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about people and wants everyone to feel comfortable. I went in on a Friday late afternoon for a DOT physical, was in and out in just over an hour. The staff was pleasant and very professional, the doctor was thorough and had a very welcoming demeanor. I’ve been going to Concentra for more than 10yrs now for physicals and random drug screens, I’ve never incurred any problems. Open 24/7 is a definite plus. I would definitely recommend these fine folks. 😊
