I was went here by my employeer for what turned out to be a sprained knee. Dr. Henderson is both professional and has a good sense of humor. The nurses are fabulous as well. They make me feel heard and understood. I am also taking PT to rehabilitate my knee. My physically therapist Jeremy has been very informative and is quite personable.

Throughout my expedient visit at this Concentra location, I had nothing but positive experiences with every staff member I encountered. Nakia, who makes running the place look easy, was warm, knowledgeable, and impressive with handling my needs. Diane, a very kind angel in scrubs who performed my TB test, had a gentle and quick touch. Her trainee, Devine, is following right in Diane’s excellent patient care footsteps. The facility is also very clean and well-run thanks to the exceptional individuals who work there (or at least every single person I met during my two experiences there in one week). I can’t thank you ladies enough for making my appointments so pleasant! I highly recommend this spot for your occupational needs.

I visited this location last week for a drug screen and the process was quick and effective. I was assisted by Asia who handled my screening plus 3 others in front of me in 30-40 mins max. The place was crowded yet she was still pleasant. Great experience and exceptional customer service

My #1 favorite Concentra clinic. I always get treated great, beautiful women. If I'm pressed for time, they'll do their best no matter what. Great service there.

Every staff member was exceptionally friendly except for the Dr. I was there a total of 5 hours. I arrived at 8am when they opened the doors. A bit insane for an onboarding lab exam to take that long.
