I have been to this location several times and have received excellent care. The wait time can be long but they spend quality time with each patient once you're in a room. The doctor's I've seen have been thorough and I never felt rushed.

I always have a great experiance at this clinic. Everyone is super nice, they get you in as quickly as possible, depending on the number of people there. Doctors seem high quality and helpful. Its a good place to go if you have a minor injury or cold. They have always taken good care of me.

Ive debated leaving this review since Saturday. Let me start with the best part of my visit was the receptionist who updated my health insurance. She was so kind and sweet, she was new. I hope she sticks around, they need more people like her on staff. While waiting to be called back I got the privilege of hearing about all the nurses New Years shenanigans. One of them told the story of how she was drunk, pants-less and dancing around on hardwood floors like some guy from a 90s movie. At the very least it was unprofessional but it made me cringe. I was being seen because I have a chronic illness I haven’t been managing well lately due to insurances. I feel like I was tossed to the side because they didn’t deem my care as urgent. I could barely walk into their office and I only saw a nurse practitioner. She prescribed a Steroid taper and it’s the dumbest taper I’ve ever been on. She prescribed 4 pills a day for 3 days, then dropped me to 2 for 6 days and 1 pill for 3 days. Because the taper isn’t a real taper I’m experiencing every bad side effect from the steroid you can imagine. I can’t get into my PCP for 4 weeks or my rheumatologist for 2 months. I have to work every day for the next 3 wks, this Saturday visit to urgent care was supposed to be my saving grace on having a slightly normal quality of life until I was able to be seen by my normal doctors. I don’t expect everyday ppl to understand the pain accompanied with chronic illnesses but I do expect medical personnel to understand the pain and the difficulties that arise with chronic illness and the appointment scheduling process. I feel like this facility and the nurses I saw didn’t care about anything except for their personal conversations taking place within ear shot of the waiting room. Don’t waste your time. This clinic is a joke, you’ll get better care at a free clinic on the east side.

Avoid this immediate care and go somewhere else. I went today because I hurt my back. 1. They wouldn't prescribe me steroids. 2. It's been almost twelve hourse and the pharmacy never received my prescription. Now I have to go see my PCP.

I go here often bc the staff is so amazing with my stove year old son. They are always patient and so nice and understanding. The wait wasn't long for anything. Definitely will recommend to friends and family
