My daughter and I stood in the lobby during open hours. Literally no one was there. We heard them in the back talking but there was no one there to check us in so we left without being seen. Horrible. Might as well shut down.

went in around 11:40 and was out by 12:15 and while the receptionist was not very friendly all of the other staff was amazing!! the MA and PA were very efficient and got me in and out quickly with a diagnosis and treatment plan. will definitely go here next time i’m in a pinch! i believe it was taylor and brooke so kudos to them for being fantastic!

I didn’t have a long wait and the staff treated me well. The doctor that saw me was very theral and concerned about some medical issues that I was having. Treated me with great care. If I ever have to come back I’ll be returning. Thank you,

Extremely poor service from nurses and providers. Fast check in. No fuss. My son was experiencing flu like symptoms. Norse swapped the inside of his nose and he was bleeding for several minutes from his nose. He doesn't usually get nose bleeds so that was odd. Made us wait an additional hour for a test they could not complete. Waiting endlessly with no update. I was here for 2.5 hours with no one in the waiting room at 8am. Poorly run urgent care with careless workers with no bedside manner. I will not be returning here.

One of the most important aspects for us is the people. We have found consistently that the staff at IU Health Urgent Care - Broad Ripple are very caring, kind, and patient. They also seem highly competent and skilled. They are the reason we return there whenever we need urgent care.
