We have used this facility for years with our family of six. Normally the visit experience and care are fine, but today the front desk person (Erica) was rude multiple times to both my wife and I. Others waiting patients and some of the staff were making eye contact with obvious " Are you hearing this too" looks. That behavior is just not needed when people are already coming in worried about their or their family's health. The rest of the visit was fine. The first impression just ruined it.

My husband and I went here to have a Boil on his chest checked, and I just want to thank the lovely old lady at the front desk for being so kind and attentive (I wish we knew her name sorry) ❤️ we went there as a WALK IN patient and we were assisted very well and just waited for our turn. As for the Doctor, Tyler he was amazing! I really appreciate seeing a doctor who looks happy to help a patient, he was friendly and approachable and did the procedure to help my husband with his boil. I had to leave a 5 star review because I am thankful that we never get to visit a clinic/ hospital for a very long time but now that we have to, I am so happy and seeing a doctor who actually cares and is happy to help their patients. I highly recommend this clinic. ❤️ We definitely don’t want to go back again but if we have to then this is the clinic to go to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was not a good experience, I was skipped over. However Nicole(registration)was wonderful and she apologized. Nurse Practitioner -Erin was not She basically refuted me and challenged everything I was previously told by primary doctor, rehab therapist and the results from my previous X-ray. Her diagnosis didn’t align with what I was previous advised. I didn’t like her condescending attitude and abruptness. She was not nice.

The staff was great in getting me in fast. The tech was nice and personable. PA Vincent was very helpful and gave us a lot of information.

My husband was seen at this clinic 5-14-26 This clinic will be my go to clinic for during & after hours. The staff, nurses, PA, and Dr are amazing. The wait wasn't long at all and they were very gentle with my husbands fractures thumb/wrist 🤩 Thank you ladies, you're the best 😘
