I’ll never come to this urgent/hospital again. Laura Hintze is a terrible doctor who shouldn’t have a license. I can never understand how someone works in healthcare but doesn’t care about the patients. ZERO compassion, monotone, attitude, and rude. I came in this facility back in April because I have a condition called HS. She literally was ZERO help. She didn’t care that I was in pain and I can tell she didn’t want to help me. She literally kept saying “you need to get that under control with a doctor” which is HARD when you have my condition because not too many people understand it. She refers me to a doctor, I call said doctor and what do they tell me? “Oh you need a referral in order to get into this doctor’s office.” Laura why would you say I need to call this doctor KNOWING I needed a referral beforehand? So I call back up there to tell them “hey I need a referral” first time the call “mysteriously” drops then I call back and the nurse says “Laura said okay, she’s working on it now.” It’s almost been two months and guess who didn’t do the referral? Laura Hintze. You’re a disgrace. You never cared about my pain or wanted to get me help and I’m inclined to believe a huge reason to that is that I’m black. The nurse was way more compassionate and caring with me and I’m thankful for her. You are heartless and only care about a check. You should be NOWHERE NEAR ANY field that helps people because you don’t actually want to help anyone.

Front desk and nurse were great. I was seen quickly. I’ve actually never been in and out of any medical facility that quickly in my life. I went in after I felt a snap in my back and very bad pain spreading down my leg. Dr came in for about 60 seconds. Poked my back and sent me home with muscle relaxers and steroids. Did not get hardly any history or really give an opportunity for history, as I do have spinal issues. He also gave zero protocol for home/recovery. Nothing. I just felt rushed and not taken seriously.

On April 29, 2026 I went in for an eye issue. The entire staff was fantastic. They all were very professional, upbeat & courteous. The entire building inside & out is very neat & clean. I’ve been here several times & have always had a great experience. I’ll be back again. Thanks for helping me once more!

I had to go in around 1am because I started feeling ill at work, all the staff was amazing. The receptionist was very quick to get me checked in, the techs were all so attentive. Im a very anxious person and they were so reassuring throughout the entire process, i really cannot thank you guys enough. I could tell the Dr was busy but she was still taking the time to check in on me and keep the process pushing forward, as someone who has worked healthcare I know how crazy things can get in the background but not once did i feel rushed or not heard. Thank u guys from the bottom of my heart! 💗

The staff was great, but I was not impressed by treatment. I went there because blood started shooting out of my ankle and I do mean shooting. I wanted to know what caused it. My ankle was cleaned and dressed. But they couldn't tell me what caused it to shoot (the blood ) out like it did or will happen again. No test where done at all. I had lost alot of and showed them pictures. I wanted and needed to know why, and if I should be worried if it will happen again. In the paper work I was sent home with said a scratch. There was no scratches at all on my ankle. So I get to pay all that money and still not find out what cause. I wouldn't ever go there again.
