This was my first experience as an urgent care patient, in 60+ years. It was outstanding! I had no wait in the lobby. The nursing staff was absolutely top notch! Very friendly and empathetic, but also very caring and attentive. I could not have had a better experience. Nurse Nadine was my primary caregiver, and she was delightful! Dr. Arora actually listened to my concerns and questions, and clearly and patiently addressed all of them—how refreshing! Overall, an A++ experience!

Excellent. Care was swift and professional but also warm and compassionate by every person I encountered from check-in to nursing to scans to Dr. Hallmark to check-out. To me this is an absolute model of healthcare service! This is the second time I have utilized Riverview and both times were extraordinary. No-one wants to be at an urgent care but if you have to go, this one is truly top tier.

We are very grateful for Dr. Tasker and her assistant, Makayla. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and caring. Dr. Tasker went above and beyond by carefully attempting to remove the fish bone from my husband’s throat so he could avoid an emergency room visit. We truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication. Highly recommend their care!

My wife and I have been here a few times since moving to the area and have always had a great experience. This most recent time, I was in and out for a sinus infection in under an hour. They are very transparent about the UC vs ER billing and are very kind individuals. Thanks!

So grateful to all of the ladies working! Experience was quick efficient and they were all excellent. Dr Hallmark was great, RN Sharon was great! There was another nurse as well that was also awesome. Very late on a Weekend nite and it’s a wonderful resource for our community!
