UPDATE: I got a letter in the mail that the PCP who did all of this is leaving the practice and the area. Thank god she wont be practicing medicine in Indianapolis anymore. Some people do not deserve their medical licenses! Hopefully she wont continue recklessly practicing medicine the way shes been doing it here. This practice ruined my life. I came here during a very dark place in my life. And I needed some testing for a possible STI/UTI. Off the bat. Without the tests even coming back positive for anything , I was prescribed doxycycline as an antibiotic treatment. About half way through the treatment I was feeling really bad abdominal pain. I called my pcp at this office and she told me “Oh that’s completely normal with doxycycline, just finish the course “. I finished the course. And after , My pain symptoms got so bad I ended up in the emergency room several times since. I was diagnosed with doxycycline induced gastritis . (Inflammation of the stomach lining ) . The medication I was prescribed here literally damaged my stomach lining. And my life has been hell ever since. Instead of trying to treat it. The doctor who prescribed it referred me to a GI practice , who didn’t have anyone available but a Nurse practitioner. And I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in copays there just to make the issue even worse. This happened back in January and it’s April now and I’m still in pain . I can’t eat anything besides chicken toast or bread. And this has made my life a living hell. I went in for a visit and got blood work done. And when the results came back I was told “ See you In May “ . This place is corrupt and they will literally prescribe you medications without a active diagnosis or a confirmation of one. And they will say “Well that’s the standard of care. “ The doctors here are pharmaceutical sales people. Not doctors who care about you. I’m still going through the gastritis. This is the most miserable thing I have ever been through and could of all been prevented if the doctor would of waited for test results to come back instead of throwing a prescription at me. I’m down almost 100lbs now. I can’t eat anything. And I’m in constant pain. They ruined my life !

The staff at the occupational health clinic were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at the dental office was quite different. I initially entered the dental office by mistake, not realizing it was not the correct clinic for pelvic discomfort. The woman at the front desk, who referred to the practice as her own, was not welcoming and came across as dismissive. I waited several minutes while she checked my insurance. After I completed all the required forms, she stated that she had received only one form. I explained that I had completed every form, each of which showed as completed on my end. Despite this, she repeated that only one form was received, which felt dismissive and frustrating. When another staff member came to escort me, my name was pronounced incorrectly. While I understand that my name may be unfamiliar and I do not expect perfect pronunciation, I corrected her politely. She did not acknowledge the correction or offer an apology, and her reaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Once I walked further into the space and saw the dental chairs, I realized I was in the wrong clinic. In hindsight, I am relieved that I was not seen there, as the overall interaction made me uncomfortable. I had considered leaving earlier due to the front desk interaction but chose to stay because I was seeking urgent care. Overall, the experience in the dental office was disappointing, especially in contrast to the professionalism and kindness shown by the occupational health clinic staff.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. The ladies in there were super respectful and helpful.

They definitely deserve 5 star, I visited this place several time and I highly recommend these guys Dr. Assar was amazing and caring.

Dr. White is amazing when you are in the office. After you leave it is a different story. I went the first time over a year ago, told her my history and ask for a recommendation for an endocrinologist. I still haven’t seen one I just got the referral 8 weeks ago. This time I took my insurance form stating I need her to write a prior authorization before July 1st. This week I went to the Pharmacy and no medicine. Today I stopped in and ask about it. The receptionist said I will call you back this morning and let you know. She didn’t, so when I called back at 3:00 I was told yeah I just faxed your preauthorization in, the lady stated I checked the box that said you would accept text so you will know when we do. So time for a new primary care doctor!!
