I had an excellent experience at the hospital, thanks especially to Dr. Brett. The staff was professional and caring, but Dr. Brett truly stood out. He listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that worked wonderfully. His skill and kindness made my recovery smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Brett

Absolutely the BEST ER in town! Highly professional, caring, thorough and sympathetic! We were roomed within 5 minutes of arrival. We were greeted with a wonderfully caring, competent RN named Danielle. She was great from start to finish! We were seen shortly thereafter by Dr. Treworgy. He was so pleasant, approachable (was not rushed) and very kind. He knew exactly what my plight was after patiently listening to my unsettling symptoms. Wow! I felt heard, and very well cared for in every respect. This is my second time visiting this ER (East side location) and the care was exceptional each visit. This will be my "go to" ER whenever the need avails itself. I highly recommend to whomever has need of ER services! THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU WHO TRULY CARE FOR THOSE THEY SERVE. YOU ALL ARE EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY. THANK SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO DAY IN AND DAY OUT. YOU ARE MY HEROS!

My family and I have been coming here for years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. We’re consistently seen quickly with very little wait time, and the doctors provide excellent care. They truly take the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and make us feel comfortable. We’re very grateful to have found such a reliable and caring practice. Highly recommend!

Albuquerque ER is the best! I absolutely love the staff and the doctors! They are so kind, caring, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, empathetic, professional, they communicate so well to you about whatever you’re experiencing and they go above and beyond. There is never a large wait time and the facility is very clean and quiet. This is my absolute first choice for my urgent and emergency medical care! Thank you for consistently being impeccable! Other entities truly need to take notes and use you to model their policies and care tactics!

Albuquerque ER and Hospital East was amazing. I brought my son in and we were greeted right away. From the time we filled out paperwork to the time we were discharged, everyone was so helpful, patient, and caring. The environment is clean and everyone is very professional. We appreciate Diego going above and beyond and Dr. Sherman taking great care of us. Thank you!
