I try to not leave bad reviews but this morning was an awful expirience with this business. I have been around medical people my entire life and I used to work in Hospice care. This is relevant because I am going to be harsh about this clinic. The staff simply did not care about my medical issue. The front desk receptionist was abrasive and arguemenative. When the triage nurse called me back to do my vitals she was combative and obviously unconcerned about my problem. Tge encounter was so negative that I left during triage because they did not care. They were ust going through the motions. The expirience was not welcoming at all and I will NEVER return. I was there to ask for a referral. I did not need a prescription or a diagnoses. Just a referral. I am now at a competitor up the street and I am having a perfect experience. Polite and professional. Skip this Clinic.. They dont care about thier patients.

Was a 1st time patient at this clinic yesterday and will definitely return in the future if needed. The staff is SUPER friendly. The provider that saw me was very knowledgeable and nice. The facility was very clean as well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

The team at Albuquerque walk-in clinic were amazing. My infection needed considerable attention and Deanna (NP) knew exactly what needed to be done. Along with her assistant they provided me with professional care all the while being very compassionate about my needs. I can’t say enough about this health care team and how they responded to someone traveling though and needing help.

My experience was professional. Both the nurse and the Doctor listened my concerns, and addressed what was needed to be done. We tested to eliminate a severe condition that presented the same symptoms. I was offered options for further tests, and we came to a decision for the appropriate treatment. The price was also reasonable. I had not been to a doctor for many years. I made a same day appointment and paid my bill at once. The walk in clinic to address a specific condition was perfect for my needs.

I walked in today because I was recommended to it by a friend. And when I walked in there was no other patients there and I walked to the front desk and a dude walked out from the back and he asked how he could help me and I told him that I had pinched nerves on both elbows and he said that they would not be able to help me because they don't have an X-ray machine. If you guys don't have an X-ray machine don't put it on your guy's overview page. Then he suggested I go to Presnow 24/7 Urgent Care because they have an X-ray machine. I just wanted to be seen quickly and get help for my pinched nerves which are in excruciating pain and have now started to affect my shoulders and are causing them pain. I walk everywhere and carry a heavy bag and you guys can't even provide me with proper care. Every Urgent Care I have been to has had an X-ray machine. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The dude even sounded annoyed at me like I was bugging them. Never coming here again. And I will get even more pissed off if I get charged for just walking in.
