This office is very old and in need of some paint, doors and updating. The head gal at the desk was not friendly or accommodating. I felt like I was bothering her and the exam rooms had curtains for doors. The doctor was very friendly and nice to me however I would not go back there again.

I was on vacation in NM & felt i’ll. I stopped at the first urgent care clinic I saw. They tested me for COVID & Flu and examined me. I was treated with respect and care. It was comforting to get the necessary attention so I could resume my trip after a few days. I’d recommend this facility.

Came in for a UTI, was not given the proper prescription and nearly ended up in the hospital due to a kidney infection. I knew exactly which antibiotics I needed but the NP claimed they did not prescribe it anymore (not accurate at all, I in fact was able to get it at another urgent care after this prescription failed). $145 for absolutely nothing.

Went there because I was hurt at a different medical facility. Provided all information on their documents as well as explained everything to the first nurse. The egotistical "NP" came in and made absolutely no sense. It was as if she had no idea why I was there even after explaining it. It's such a small space on a Saturday, and I was the only patient there, yet she still managed to screw up because she wouldn't listen! I asked her for imaging to help identify issues. She refused and told me to endure the same "scan" that caused the medical issues to begin. As a woman, she should be ashamed for treating another in such an atrocious manner! After confronted with her error by both myself and my friend, who thankfully came with, she decided to turn her back to me and only address my friend. In the most sexist and misogynistic manner, she continued the appointment with my friend as if I wasn't there or was a child all of a sudden incapable of listening when it was really her. The friend also tried to get her to stop and address me, but she didn't care at any point during the visit She finally apologized for her lack of listening but she continued to turn her back to me [THE PATIENT] as if I wasn't in the room. Not appreciated! As a patient, it is frustrating, unprofessional, infuriating, and so very unnecessary! Delays in healthcare have immense issues on patient health and well-being. The NP was absolutely no help in any manner, causing more stress and medical trauma than help. Would have been better not going than wasting the time, money, or enduring the nonsense. Thanks for the audio, by the way; it's great evidence! Highly recommend avoiding this place!!!

The receptionist handled everything quickly and efficiently. I had a fairly short wait time (15 minures) and I got treatment that helped me tremendously!
