Wish I could do zero stars this place refused me service due to my potential employer. The lady at the desk saw my medical request and said nope we don’t serve your kind here. She then asked another lady. I told her I felt it was discrimination. The lady asked if I had an appointment. No appointments are needed here. Then lady said sorry you want to speak to my supervisor. I asked her why if you are denying me by my employer.

Everyone is very nice. They just got behind and left me in a room for about an hour. It wouldn't have been too bad but I was uncomfortable laying on the table and the pain got worse gradually over the time. No one came to check on me. There wasn't like a call button or anything. I guess I could've started yelling. When the doctor arrived, he did some testing of my muscles that made the pain worse for about the next 24⁰. So, it's not like they did a bad job, but it's hard to give a good rating when there's pain...

The checking system is very bad, I’ve had to stand in line for more than 25 min with my injured foot and holding on to my crutches. The front desk older lady w black hair(no one introduced themselves at this place) tried a couple of times to send me a text message, she didn’t explain what the text message was for as she only said to let her know when I received a text. I didn’t receive the message then she gave me a tablet and said to make sure n fill out the red stars(required). With much trouble I had to hold on with my crutches and now I was holding a tablet and go sit down to fill out a questionnaire, with trouble I stood up to give the tablet back and I lost my balance as I was trying to place the tablet on the desk and almost fall. The tablet protector came off and I said sorry, the lady didn’t say a word and simply grabbed the tablet and put it back together and didn’t even acknowledge what happened in front of her. A “whomever person” called my name, asked for my WT and Ht and took my BP, said the provider will be in shortly. The “whomever provider” came in he asked how the accident happened and ordered xrays in my foot, he didn’t undress my already wrapped foot(as I didn’t wait and had gone to another urgent care that is not approved from my employer for work related accidents, and I was in a lot of pain)the place was not full of patients and no one seemed pretty busy, yet they took 1.5 hrs to take in me for xrays l, it seemed like they forgot about me as the X-ray person also asked if the provider had seen me yet. Provider saw me after xrays and told me the f/u treatment and to wait for discs paperwork, I mentioned the need to go to the restroom, provider said it will only be a few minutes, after waiting about 20 minutes I decided to grab my crutches and walk to the restroom, on my way back to find the room I was in , I am getting a call from “concentra” I did not answer the call as I was still trying to find my room and handling my crutches with the phone in my hand is hard. Then a “whomever person” walked towards me saying she was looking for me, I told her I needed to go to the restroom and the provider knew this. This people does not communicate to each other properly. And on my way out the person that took my only 1 vital, blue scrubs “whomever person” sees me with side eye and tells me to have a good day, yeah it would have been a way better approach to help me open and hold the door that to tell me to have a good day with her head down and just a knowledge that I am leaving the place but not really acknowledge my needs. Is scary that I go to this place to follow compliance with my work place. I am scared to go back to this place and I have to. I don’t feel comfortable with them doing anything at all as they are clearly and only for the business, not for one’s health, going to this place because of a fall and them not helping you from falling again when one is a high risk fall already is insane!!!. I asked for a 2 week Parking placard as I have to park on the street and walk across the “parking lot (which is only for the business vehicles and a few for handicapped) to be able to work and perform light duty, this place refused because that would be a primary care thing to do and even though they are handling my fall injury they are urgent care not primary care. I did not ask for a month or a year, yet refused my request of signing for a 2 week handicap sticker. Yet they want me to go back for physical therapy with them.

I walked in a few minutes before 8 AM and they let me sign in early (I'm glad I did because the place got BUSY with a line all the way to the door before 8:30 AM - my recommendation would be to arrive early or there is likely to be a long wait). I did wait for about 30 minutes, but when I was called back it was a very seamless and easy process to get two vaccines and a drug screening completed in no time. Juan was a terrific administrator and had everything prepared for me by the time I was called back so there was no additional waiting. I was in and out for my services (besides the 30 minute wait) in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for your efficiency!

Positive experience! There was one person that facilitated everything from start to finish. Her name was Ella and she guided the whole process from sending me a no hassle link to make check-in effortlessly. From there, my wait time was maybe 10 min.
