I had a great experience with this location. The doctor and nurses are very thorough, they helped me when I was very sick and emotional, and do a great job getting you in quickly! Highly recommend!

It wasn't busy around 6 p.m. on a Wednesday. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and efficient. She was really wiping and decinfecting everything when we walked in. The intake nurse was also kind and did a great job! My husband had a minor wound, in a very weird place and the doc was calm and professional about it all. My husband is a very uncontrolled diabetic. Which always complicates even the smallest of wounds!😔 The doctor kindly and swiftly looked at it and told us what he thought was going on and how to treat it. Also gave us some antibiotic cream and oral medication. I'm so grateful! ☝️🙏🏻✝️🫂❤️👍💯

It was a wonderful experience. I was checked in quickly and the young lady was very nice. I only waited a couple of minutes and was taken to triage. Brandy in triage was so kind. After getting into my room the PA came right in and told me what he thought was going on. I quickly went to xray and back to room. I was given my diagnosis. The whole experience was fast and easy. I would highly recommend them.

I usually go to the urgent care on Jefferson, but it was closed We tried the one on Menaul. They didn’t have any openings till 645. What took me in quickly then and it’s just a small place so there’s one provider and one EMT or PA and so we saw Richard that we know from Jefferson and he’s awesome. I saw Dr. Andrew and he Listened ask questions and took care of my issues. That was awesome because I didn’t have to wait until Monday When this was Saturday

From the front reception, to the nurse, Brandy, and the PA, Andrew, I was treated kindly, taken seriously, and got more of a physical in this visit than I've had from any source in several years. I was sent from the office on Jefferson because they were too busy to see me. I will drive out of my way to this office on Menaul for future medical needs. It's the only Lovelace Urgent Care I've ever been treated so well at.
