I got there 30 minutes before my appointment. Front desk checked me in early because the appointment prior didn't show. I was called back within a minute of getting checked in. PA came in pretty quick, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Awesome!

I typically go to CVS Minute Clinic but they only had virtual appointments available which I did not want. I ended up going here as they had "in person" slots available. I live almost 30 minutes away but since I was going to get to see someone in person, it was worth it to make the drive. So I drive all the way down there, walk in and the receptionist tells me "we don't have a provider here today so it will be a virtual visit". WHAT????? And it would have been too damn difficult to call me or email me to tell me this so I could decide if I wanted to cxl? You had all my contact info from when I scheduled. Even though it was a "Virtual visit" it took a very long time for everything. I got there a little before 11 for a 1115 appointment. I did not end up getting out of there until about 1230-1245. Not so urgent but the biggest gripe is that they did not have the decency to call and tell me they were switching me to a virtual visit. I could have done the same thing with CVS Minute clinic and not spend an hour in the car. COMMUNICATE PEOPLE!

The lobby was very nice and clean. The front staff was super helpful and I was seen quickly. The nurse and dr were great. Probably one of my best experiences at an urgent care ever.

Initially it was pretty rude when they told us to go back and wait in the car but the person who checked me in was so sweet at the front-clearly doing a great job, the MA was super kind and clearly experienced. We’ve had ongoing issues with Lovelace so not surprised by the inconsistency but you do have people who work here that are super lovely and kind. Please, however, do something about the white woman who seems to continue to have issues with staring, attitude, and what appears to be overt racism. She has been a problem anytime I come in with my husband.

This is normally my go to urgent care as it is close to where I live. I went three days ago to get a physical assessment done for school. The front desk lady asked if had the paperwork , which I handed to her. She took it back to her doctor to see if they could fill it out. When she came back she said everything was good and we continued . I paid the $75 out of pocket to have the assessment done and got it completed. When I got home I noticed it wasn’t completely filled out. The paper states the physician who did the assessment would need to check yes or no , upon their findings if I was fit to go to clinicals. The front desk lady insisted they cannot answer that & wouldn’t fill it out. Is that not the entire purpose of getting the physical? I ended up leaving & later called back because that doesn’t seem right. I paid to have my forms filled out for the purpose of going to clinicals & they took my money and didn’t mention they could not fill out the form I’m it’s entirety and recommended me to schedule with a regular pcp which mind you, I tried and it wouldn’t be for another three months which is why I paid the $75 out of pocket to have it done quicker. Everytime I call the lady at the front desk is extremely rude, tells me hold on mid explanation THREE times and places me on hold. Proper customer service adequate, if u are on the phone with someone and someone else walks in, you finish helping the person you are already speaking with and then move on to the next. You politely tell the person in front of you to hold instead of the person you are on the phone with. This happened to me 3 times till I finally hung up. Now I have to waste my time to go back in person & get this resolved and a refund
