The whole clinic is great, from the front desk kim checking us in to the MA Katrina and Provider Nirja. I have nothing but good visits here the staff is kind and the wait at times can be fast or at times we have to wait a while but it's better than ER and have to wait 5 hrs. Sylvia, Dominique, and Lara were very helpful last visit and gave me such good advice. We absolutely love the whole clinic

The other day I lost complete hearing in my right ear and most in the left. I went to NM URGENT CARE. The nurse practitioner who treated me worked on both ears for well over an hour! When he was finished I could hear again! He was very professional as was the entire staff! Great work by everyone involved. On a scale of one to five everyone gets a ten! When I left the building I was shocked by the beautiful loudness of the world. Thank you to the staff at NM URGENT CARE!

Both my wife and I had horrible experiences at this urgent care. The treatment is very basic and the location has very limited capabilities for diagnosis and treatment. On one occasion, I went there for a diagnosis and received nothing at all, the next day I went to my work clinic where I was diagnosed with strep. It was an absolute waste of time and money. Also, their billing department is a mess. Both my wife and I had issues with mischarges and incorrect information being sent to our insurance company. On multiple occasions, they charged us an incorrect amount by way of clerical error, resulting in bills for more than 10x what they actually were. On another occasion they submitted the wrong information to my insurance, resulting in a large bill over a year later. I contacted my insurance company and they told me it was an error made by the clinic that I was never made aware of. This clinic is very unprofessional and is prone to frequent clerical errors. I do not recommend them at all. We used to go to this clinic with no issue, but now we will opt for somewhere else despite this being the closest to our house.

We had a great experience at New Mexico Urgent Care. The receptionist was very attentive, caring, and kind. She checked my son in quickly and made us feel comfortable right away. The provider came in promptly, examined my son, and prescribed the medications he needed, she was also very nice. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my son! 😊

The front desk lady was super rude as my man and I came in because I was having an asthma attack. Dude tell us I would have to wait almost 30 minutes when I couldn’t breathe! On top of that I was the only one in the lobby and the attitude the lady gave to us when we had asked how much longer was unprofessional. I understand everyone can’t get seen right away but at least let your customers know how long the wait time is. The lady calling us all the way in the back room yelling my name twice because we don’t hear her at all was really frustrating on top of the front desk lady not letting us know our name were being called at that moment… please do better Not to mention there’s no sanitary station how disgusting and unsafe
