My son had open heart surgery and was in the PICU for 4 days and we had a really great experience. Dr. Stein did a wonderful job! He explained everything and answered all of our questions before and after surgery. The PICU nurses and staff were amazing! They were all nice and caring! OT and PT were amazing and patient as well! All the staff took the time with my son to have him feel heard and welcomed during his stay in the PICU.

I dont know about the rest of the nurses at the ER or the rest of the hospital, but when my son was there at the ER very recently, there was a nurse named Armando. He was awesome! Very caring and patient. Very informative. If only they can clone him! Thanks again for everything buddy!

My daughter in law had her baby here and all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly, and supportive. The hospital was always quiet and clean, lots of parking in the parking garage.

My nurse Samantha was extremely rude and insensitive. I have psychogenic non epileptic seizures. She left me seizing by myself. Then when she finally came she told “hun it wasn’t a seizure.” I’ve been diagnosed by multiple specialists and if she took two seconds before dismissing me she would’ve realized, they are in fact seizures just non epileptic. She refused to give me any medication. She acted like she couldn’t care any less. She was rude and unprofessional. I decided to be discharged since I wasn’t being treated. I would never recommend to anyone to go to this hospital. The nurses are extremely uncaring

LEAVING A REVIEW FOR L&D... I don't remember all the names but I remember Hanah.. & i can't remember.. But most importantly, i want to say thank you Brenna McGuire.. she was such an amazing OBGYN.. she is definitely an angel on earth... Also, thanks to Vanessa on the next floor after delivering the baby. I think she was in NICU on the 6th floor. . Thank you all ❤️
