Waste of time - I have a doctor’s appointment in 2 months to be seen for my mental health. I’ve been struggling and went to urgent care. I made an appointment and still waited almost 90 minutes to be seen from the time I checked in to my appointment. The CNP was kind and listened to me, but did not offer any medications whatsoever. The CNP told me I could be seen with telehealth earlier than in person, but when she returned to the room with the referral she said she was mistaken and that they don’t refer to telehealth anymore. What she did do was referred me to Presbyterian Behavioral Health - I went home still feeling awful and followed up with Presbyterian Behavioral Health who informed me that they would check my insurance and call me back and that typically I could be seen in about 2 months. I already have an appointment in 2 months and this was a complete waste of my time. The CNP was kind but also stated to me that she didn’t feel like she helped me very much today, she was correct. I feel it’s unacceptable to tell someone suffering to hang on for a couple more months.

Our recent visit, accompanying my daughter for her appointment, was met with truly exceptional customer service. The concierge, technicians, and physician all demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a remarkably welcoming demeanor. We were able to complete our visit efficiently, concluding within an hour.

staff and doctor were over the top rude, mean, abrupt and overbearing. if you like to feel yr doctor cares about you and will listen without constant interrupting, avoid Dr Bloom. honestly my worst medical visit ever.

I hate this place! Everytime I take my kids in because they are sick and sniffling, or because their daycare told us we have to bring then in before they can return, ALL OF the nursing staff, as well as the "Nurse Practitioner", can't even afford to pay a doctor, talk crap about myself and my children! Disgusting behavior from a place of health and betterment! I can't believe a group of people who care so little work so closely in the direct care of MY CHILDREN!

so helpful. made an appointment for the next day and was taken within 5 minutes. all the staff was kind and helpful. they sent in women for the more intimate/private needs without me having to ask which i really appreciated. just a lovely staff! 5’s all around
