I came here for a dog bite. I got there about 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. When the doctor looked at my wound he told me I was going to have to go to ER to get it taken care of because it was going to need stitches. The website says that Urgent Care takes care of stitches. I feel like they sent me off because it was so close to closing time rather than just caring for my wound there. Very unprofessional.

1st went to Pres now. For possible broken rib. Left cuz of wait time. Went to Las ESTANCIA. Nice nurse. Terrible Dr. He sent me for xray and he never came back. I was in excruciating pain. Nurse discharged me saying I'm fine nothing broken. No pain meds or Rx or diagnosis.im still I pain.

I will come across town just to be seen here. Every time I or my children have been here, we are treated so kindly. I made an appointment this past Tuesday for flu symptoms and everyone was great. Quick, but super efficient and thorough. From front desk to the doctor/nurses etc. everybody was on it. Thank you!

We were fortunate enough to have Dr Gladwell see our daughter in urgent care. She was phenomenal and took care of all of our concerns. As parents we are so grateful that she was there to help us and as a fellow physician I am proud of her as a colleague. Being on the opposite side of a physician-patient encounter is hard but Dr. Gladwell was phenomenal, I would highly recommend both her and this Presnow location

Only urgent care I take myself and my son too. The nurses, drs and staff are always welcoming and caring. Healthcare needs are always addressed with care and professionalism.
