Taurusgrl a month agoI was unfortunately seen by Daniel Haider, who was very unprofessional along with abrasive. After the longest wait, I was FINALLY called back. Only to be subjected to his rude, dismissive behavior .. along with unwillingness to listen, help, or concern. As he checked me, he made me feel as if I was bothering him. He sent me along my way with no help, said I was probably a carrier. No help, no concern, no after care instruction. NOTHING, not even where to exit. He just walked away like I was not there. He did suggest I schedule w my primary, and I would if he wasn't booked to the end of July. In my opinion, Daniel was having a bad day and took it out on me. Thanks for adding to not feeling well by dismissing my health for your VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I'll be sure to avoid this location, to not be subjected to his uncaring attitude or concern. Do better, Daniel, instead of taking out your bad day on people who are ill and dismissing me and my health concerns. Believe me, I have better things to do than wait for 2 plus hours for your unprofessional medical evaluation,
Beach Side 2 months agoDuring my visit, I noticed that the staff were speaking only Spanish to each other the entire time I was in the waiting area. I want to be clear, I have no issue with anyone’s language or culture. But in a professional setting, especially one where patients are present and waiting for care, it feels more respectful and inclusive when staff communicate in English unless they’re assisting a Spanish‑speaking patient. When employees speak only among themselves in another language for long periods, it can make patients feel excluded, ignored, or unsure about what’s going on. It came across as unprofessional and gave the impression that the patients weren’t their priority. I believe maintaining English as the primary language in front of patients would help create a more welcoming and professional environment for everyone.
J C 2 months agoI got out within an hour and a half. Sure it might not be the fastest but it's worth the wait for the level of care and attention that you get. Everyone is so friendly and patient especially Ms. Kerry she was so helpful and sweet. They do a good job 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Alexis Calderon 7 months agoNight shift was very good. Then morning shift came in and the new doctor literally forgot about me. Then instead of going over my results, I was just told what meds I need to get and the reason I need to use them. I will never go back. Dr. Natasha Kolb was my last doctor Also, I may add, I sat with an empty fluid bag for an hour because no one came after I called them. Also, my night shift doctor told me my liver was struggling but nothing to be concerned about. Idk why I got such bad service. My release papers have 4 pages all in Russian. It just got worse and worse.
Ken Rique 6 months agoThis urgent care facility and its staff are truly phenomenal. I want to specifically recognize Kristy and Dee at the front desk, who greeted me with genuine kindness, respect, and care from the moment I arrived. They were sweet, patient, and brought such positive energy—something that makes a huge difference when you’re arriving late at night, not feeling well, and looking for guidance. I truly can’t emphasize enough how much their kindness and warmth positively impacted what could have been a very stressful night. PA Daniel was exceptional as well. He came in apologizing for the wait and immediately made me feel heard. He was incredibly friendly and compassionate, and it never felt stiff or rushed like conversations with medical providers sometimes can. You could genuinely feel that he cared. He took his time gathering my information, listened closely to my concerns, showed empathy throughout the visit, and communicated everything clearly and thoughtfully. I felt confident, comfortable, and well cared for under his treatment. RN Faviola was just as wonderful. She was incredibly kind and empathetic, thoroughly walking me through the medical plan and my notes. She took the time to check in with me and made sure I was comfortable and okay before I left, which meant more than she probably realizes. Each of them treated me with patience, compassion, and undivided attention, making me feel like I truly mattered in that moment. That level of care is rare and incredibly refreshing—especially in a medical or ER-type setting. I’m deeply appreciative of all of them and grateful for the care I received
