I had such a genuinely wonderful experience at this urgent care tonight. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person on the team working Wednesday evening, May 27th, was incredibly kind, attentive, caring, and reassuring. The staff truly took the time to listen to me, check everything thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. I came in feeling anxious and scared, especially with an upcoming trip out of the country, and they completely put my mind at ease. Not only was the care excellent and efficient, but everyone was so warm and compassionate. They even made me laugh during a stressful time, which meant more than they probably realize. The office was clean, organized, and quick without ever feeling rushed. I left feeling seen, heard, reassured, and genuinely cared for. I’m very grateful for the entire team that was there this evening and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing urgent care. 10/10 experience.

This morning, just after 4 am, I came to this location with my husband, who was in need of medical attention. We were left irrevocably appalled when we were approached by security before entering and told that I could go inside, but my husband had to leave because he “called and threatened them" during our last visit because “they blew my veins." I'm not sure what would inspire the audacity it would take to not only make these kinds of assumptions, but to also childishly spread the slanderous accusations and literally have someone banned from receiving emergency medical assistance (seriously) without any evidence to back their claims- ESPECIALLY considering that something as simple as reading a patient chart would have revealed that I did not even have my blood drawn during my last visit. We both make a point to treat people with respect and kindness, and the staff here has not been an exception- however, the behavior of the front end employees as well as security in this matter was grossly unprofessional, harmful to patient care, and overtly discriminatory. In the future, it may serve this location in maintaining a credible and professional appearance if the front end here behaved like it was an established medical facility rather than a highschool locker room.

I had a wonderful experience here. Every person that I interacted with treated me with kindness and made me feel comfortable. Even though I had to wait in my room for a fairly long time, nurses and aids checked on me about every 15 minutes. The doctor gave me the results of my tests in a way that I could understand and when I was discharged, they gave me a packet that not only told me my discharge instructions but also papers that gave me more information on what each illness was and how to deal with it. I like that they have all the equipment right there so that I didn't have to go to a hospital ER for tests. Because of this visit, I am moving from Loveless to Presbyterian for all of my medical needs.

For having to go to the ER this was the Very Best Place To Go. Everyone There was Very Professional, From The Desk to The Dr. All Of The Nurses Where Top Notch. And The facilities was immaculate and clean. I have told all of my Friends if they have any questions about this place not to worry. Everyone was very caring. Five Stars For This Place. Kathryn

12/10 real sweet and helpful staff team, from front to back, Fast and good at the work they do, very helpful. I came in for a walk in for an Emergency, and ended up needing a small surgery. They got it done the same day and I feel so much better not in any pain. They take good care of the people. Highly Recommend
