I have had only really great experiences at every location of PresNow. Truly caring staff and providers, terrific and efficient systems. Well-run facilities. Decent timing every time. Lovely buildings.

My whole experience was lovely. When I got there security was nice allowed me to park in the front and get my son a wheel chair. Check in staff was friendly and showed sympathy. Triage was pleasant. The Dr. I want to say Claire but maybe not- I know it was a C name was very sweet and knowledgeable, gentle when numbing up my sons lac. The lady who cleaned his wound was very supportive and talked him through it very nicely. I think it was cleaned a good three times before it was stitched up. Nurse Miguel was very knowledgeable about all the craziness my son asked, and very clearly knew what he was doing with the suturing as it closed very nicely. RN Audra was very informative and helpful explained and showed me everything I might need to know about reactions to medications she was very thorough. The Dr. came back and gave it one more look over and we were on out and on our way. I took a while to get in but I feel like quality care takes quality time. The guy on the way out helped us while I pulled up the car. Everyone I interacted with honestly was very pleasant. X ray tech also very nice very efficient. For a busy as it was it all went really well. Don’t want to go back anytime soon but not a bad place to go if you need it. Staff is thorough friendly and knowledgeable.

When I first got here, I was brought into the emergency room and I was being treated for broken ankle. There was a nurse down there that I wasn't very impressed with. She seemed very angry and a little bitter. But the other nurses seemed to be fine. When they moved me to my room, I was totally amazed. The nursing staff was so amazing. Priscilla was one of my favorite nurses, and Lisa another favorite nurse, and I had Pam and Callie and Maria and all of them I filled-out cards for them, because I respect them. So much they were such amazing people. Way to go press for having such amazing nurses.I hope that you acknowledge them and take good care of them.They make this place wonderful.

Came here last week because of an upper respiratory virus, and everyone was very nice and fast moving. Even when the clinic was busy I didn't feel like I waited very long. My CNP Eirawen Luettgen was awesome. Very kind, clear, and informing. Gave me advice on what at-home medications to take and what to avoid. I followed her advice to a T and I feel great now! Thank you Dr Luettgen!

The NP Brittany was very understanding and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Because of her I am feeling so much better after a month of being sick. There was a wait but it was understandable they were very busy. Overall very thankful for the provider and all the staff. Everyone was amazing.
