Rio Grande Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic

I live in Rio Rancho and I have tried for 3 weeks now to reach this clinic by phone, I need to make a follow-up appointment after my MRI and also medication refills but nobody EVER answers the phone and a message plays after it rings and says mailbox is full. There doesn't seem to be an email address, so reaching them by email is impossible as well. I really liked the Dr I saw, she was very friendly and personable, but even that doesn't make up for the fact that this clinic has a terrible website, no links to pay co-pay, horrible customer service as they don't answer their phone, and no email. I have great insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. No wonder they had so many bad reviews. I tried all hours to call, first thing in the morning, all during the day and ever later in the afternoon. NO ANSWER,

These people are rude and it’s that simple would not recommend at all.. the entire process was terrible. The nurses had me uncomfortable with their attitude and the way she shoved the needle in my arm was concerning. Then they didn’t even send out the paper I needed them to, after informing me that they already did, almost making me have to cancel my fight, when I called about it more attitude! This place doesn’t deserve your money la clinica is way better

Was having a hard time getting a primary care doctor. I was out of my blood pressure meds and feeling weak and very dizzy. Went to the clinic I had a short wait (the most pleasant staff). They are now my primary doctors. I wouldn't have any other way. Best part it's walking distance. They make you feel special , their about you,very concerned and professional. I highly recommend them ! Their beautiful people!!!!

Outstanding care, very efficient and caring staff from the front desk to the medical staff that work directly to serve the patient's medical needs, thank you! I highly recommend this urgent care facility and Erica was terrific! Five stars!

I honestly didnt know what to expect, but I had a good visit, which is rare in my experience. The receptionist was kind and patient. And my NP was helpful. It was very quiet when I went.
