It always feels good to walk into a facility that is CLEAN. From El-Shaddai at reception to Tia doing intake, to Ji ensuring I was afforded the best care possible, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for my Urgent Care. As a veteran I was worried I wouldn’t be able to be seen because of in and out of network issues, but I was assured that I would be assisted and was. ENERGY is important as well, and walking through the doors I felt be try safe and comfortable. Dr Ji came in, was very quick fast and made everything make sense.

As I have a few times now. I go to sleep and wake up with strep throat. I make an appointment with such ease, most of my information is saved through my email which is super convenient when I'm sick and barely functioning haha. I am always seen quickly, but to relieve care sometimes takes long. I have gone for times and only the first and this very last time was I attended and given test results quick. At least the staff is always nice, caring and understanding. Also listening and answering my questions. Although I don't know who it falls on, when getting prescription through here they take hours (even until the next day) to process making me develop my sickness and suffering more. I have switched pharmacies and that still didn't help. I hope they're not forgetting to submit my medication. Regardless, I come back to this place every time, I love it because the service is good (even if it may take long) and staff is amazing! I have gotten friends and family to come here as well!

I always have a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown. Every time I visit, the staff is welcoming, and the facility is clean, comfortable, and doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s office. During my most recent visit, Tia and Ji were especially kind, professional, and helpful. They made the process quick and easy while providing excellent care. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown to anyone in need of quality urgent care.

Had a great experience at this urgent care. Christie Bailey was very professional, kind, and thorough during my visit. She tested me for both COVID and strep throat and explained everything clearly along the way. The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean, and I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in. Definitely appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this location.

Everyone was so helpful and efficient here! Tia was awesome getting me checked in and settled in the office when I came this morning, and Christie made getting my steroid shot so easy! Both were super kind and welcoming. Will be coming back to this urgent care in the future!!
