I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pam Burleson at Raleigh Orthopedic Urgent Care. She was compassionate and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns about my back pain. Dr. Burleson thoroughly explained my condition in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, patiently answering all my questions. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment plan she provided. I highly recommend Dr. Burleson and the entire team at Raleigh Orthopedic Urgent Care for their outstanding care and professionalism.

Service is great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pamela Burleson provides great care. I felt like I received a thorough assessment and was given reasonable treatment options. Wait time (83 minutes) was a bit longer than expected.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing place. Everyone was so lovely, we got in and out super quick - X-ray was done fast, the doctor answered all our questions very patiently and the staff helped a ton with all the aftercare instructions. Lol we were completely done before I finished filling out the paperwork. So very thankful for the incredible, speedy care we received tonight!!

Thomas Batchelor gave me excellent service. He listened to my concerns, as well as, provided a prescription for medication and offered instructions on helping me heal faster. I felt better after the 1st night. The Raleigh Orthopedic Urgent Care and Raleigh Ortho doctors have always been my 1st stop for ortho type issues.

Thomas was great! Knowledgeable, great at listening and explaining the plan of care. I didn’t feel rushed and felt like my concerns were taken seriously. The staff were pleasant and procedures such as X-rays moved fast and didn’t keep me waiting. One of the best urgent care visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!
