Wish I could give this urgent care location 10 stars! From the minute, we walked in untill the minute we walked out it was such a pleasant experience for a not quite emergency room situation. Vicky at the front desk Was so helpful and kind and got me checked in quickly. Sharonda, my nurse, called me back within five minutes and was attentive and understanding while getting vitals and understanding needs. And lastly, my PA Andrew really felt like he stopped and listened to everything I had to say. He was proactive to stop infections and so attentive. I feel like finding all three of these positions in one place is like finding a unicorn! Definitely not the norm from my previous experiences at other places. It truly seems like these individuals enjoy their jobs and care for patients at all steps of the process. Hopefully I don’t have to come back, but it is nice knowing they are just around the corner!

My neighbor told me about WakeMed Urgent Care so they drove me to the facility. I checked in easily, met with the nurse and then the Dr. My medical issue was resolved quickly and everyone was very helpful/nice. I will definitely use this service again in the future. The entire visit lasted about 45 minutes with no appointment required. This was great. Thanks.

Front desk was great. She helped me check in quick, as a new patient i know it can take time. The Pa i met with was very and offered ideas without judgement. He also responded to my humor which i appreciate.

The only issue was that the patient who arrived just before me was from out of state. The clinic did not have tablets for intake so the receptionist had to take all the data orally. It took between 10 and 15 minutes. Otherwise the visit was great. My intake took a minute. I was called in moments later and saw the PA and the physician within minutes after that. Sara, the Md, was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a very nice facility.

I had my first visit at WakeMed 365 Urgent Care and it was such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and you can really tell they care about their patients. I truly appreciated the level of professionalism and compassion I received. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care!
