When this first was built I thought not was just another urgent care. But I found out it is also a primary care office. Great! I’ve been going for my primary care ever since. Easy to make appointments and my medial professional Diane is great! I have already recommended this to several people. Finding a doctor is hard and good ones are always booked or you can’t see them for months. Not this place! It’s perfect do what I need!

It seemed all went well however back home my infection worsened and temperature went up to 104. I am now in the hospital being treated for sepsis after I was told by your nurse to let the antibiotics take affect in 48 hours. It only took until later in the day that I needed to go for hospital emergency care. I will be here until the infection is under control. I should not have come to you at all.

This was my first time at this location. I went here because of the location and because my primary care doctor was not available. The team was very thorough and professional. The doctor I met with was awesome, she listened to what I had to say and offered her medical advice. I’m really impressed with her she asked questions, listened to my response and asked follow up questions. In the end I felt like my concerns were addressed and I was a part of the diagnosis and next steps. I left feeling like I’m on the right path.

It's my first visit at this location as I have seen Dr. Costello at a different location. I appreciate the warm welcome I receive from the staff and the confidence I have seeing Dr. Costello for any of my health issues. He is a very caring and thoughtful Doctor who really listens and provides the healthcare to keep you healthy and is responsive to your health needs. 😢😢😢😢 This is a follow up after yesterday's first visit at this location. My visit with Dr. Costello was to get a CBC done and pick up the report today. No one from that office called me with the results and throughout the day I spoke with the receptionist letting her know I needed to pick up the test results. She told me Dr. Costello will not be back to the office till next week and all the nurses were busy and that I could not pick up the CBC report. I kept calling the receptionist throughout the day letting her know what my problem and situation was and I need to pick up the CBC report and she kept refusing. If this is the way this medical office treats their patients, then I will have to find a new doctor and different medical center. 😊 I gather this office has been very busy and happy I received a phone call the third day from the nurse who went over in detail and explained everything that was in the report. I more than appreciated the time she took and explained everything in the report to me. That is the first time any medical person explained a CBC report to me. Happy to know this office cares about its patients and I will continue with future appointments knowing my medical needs will be cared for😊

Raced in at 3:58pm and was seen immediately… 2 minutes before closing & just hours before winter storm set in. I was able to get the necessary medication prescribed which was a lifesaver. Super professional and efficient staff. Thank you so much! You saved my eye and eliminated a worsening condition. Forever grateful!
