Rudest practice ever. Just got hung up on by the front desk intentionally by the woman running it today at 3:50pm Friday. Every time I’ve had to get my prescription filled they will tell me I have to see a doctor when I’m well within my 3 month med check. Because they NEVER bother to look back and check the date. And they won’t listen to the voicemails explaining it so finally after a week of arguing they’ll realize they’re wrong and fill it. (Had they just listened to begin with). They will do this repeatedly every single month. When they could have just listened to you in the first place but instead they’re lazy and just quick to say no to avoid their job. They DO NOT listen to their patients and the front staff DOES NOT care. The woman on the phone today was the rudest most insensitive person in healthcare I’ve ever met and should not be working interacting with people. I will be following up with how she can treat patients this way. I called back just to find out her name and was told it’s Shamika.

Despite having good experiences with office staff, esp front desk folks in person, I will not be returning due to lack of communication from doctors and billing dpt about costs. Got a surprise bill (with no explanation of the additional fee) in the mail several weeks after the visit despite double-checking that I had paid in-full, on-site at the time of the visit. Also, even though there is a partnership with lab corp (which literally shares the same office), there was no communication or estimation of bloodwork costs when the tests were ordered, which were, let's just say — VERY expensive. I thought I did what was right, but not sure what else a patient is able to do to mitigate billing surprises besides ask questions and pay upfront. Of all the things a doctor's office handles, basic communication would be such an easy thing to get right. This was a very expensive visit when it didn't have to be.

Nowadays, it's not that frequent you encounter a PCP who treats you like an actual person rather than another statistic, but Dr. Delbono goes above and beyond to treat her patients holistically and thoroughly. I'm so fortunate to have found a doctor who actually cares about my overall well-being!

Dr. Delbono’s MEDICAL ASSISTANT- ANDREA - is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She went out of her way - above & beyond - for 2 weeks straight to help me even during her off hours! I needed to get bulk medication‘s approved for my student going abroad & had only 3 weeks to make this happen. When the pharmacy couldn’t get it approved, she even found the phone number that the pharmacist didn’t even have to connect him to the right people which led to immediate results. She coordinated everything & spoke to the pharmacist & doctor throughout- connecting ALL the dots. This process would’ve been extremely difficult for us, but ANDREA continuously called & updated me until everything was finalized and we received the medication‘s. My appreciation for her is beyond measure.

EDIT: its wild that someone can reply to my review within 3 hours, but its been 3 days and no one replies to "mychart" messages. Also isn't it ironic that you tell me to call to discuss my complaints when my complaint is that you cannot be reached by phone! I assume this practice is closed. I have been trying to schedule an appointment. I sent messages via mychart and have tried to call to schedule an appointment for several days. It rings and rings and then says "the mailbox is full". I tried on different days and different times and its always the same. too bad, it used to be a good place to get simple medical stuff done
