I am a retired emergency department nurse and my expectations are high. FastMed was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Staff members were efficient and kind and the PA knew exactly what meds to prescribe. My PCP couldn’t see me today and I was a bit worried that I might not get the meds I needed. The discharge instructions were excellent and reviewed with me by the PA.

I have now had two very negative experiences at this urgent care facility. During my first visit, I was extremely sick and already anxious about being at the doctor. The nurse assisting me had a very strong accent, and I was having difficulty understanding what she was asking. I tried politely explaining that I was confused, but instead of rephrasing the question, she repeatedly asked the same thing louder and and eventually began speaking to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. I remained respectful throughout the interaction, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and upset. Today, I returned with my boyfriend for a scheduled work-related drug test. Despite having an appointment, the wait time was over an hour. Other patients had apparently been waiting even longer and were repeatedly asking staff for updates. When we were finally called back, the employee conducting the test was again very rude and unprofessional. Based on these experiences, the customer service and professionalism at this location are extremely disappointing. Healthcare staff should treat patients with patience, respect, and compassion, especially in stressful situations.

This urgent care is so good! From the nice lady at the front desk, the lady who took me back and did my take in info (probably a nurse) to Juan the CRNP, I cannot say enough! Very pleased. All so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!!

Decent place. Got me the prescription I wanted but the staff seemed a bit rowdy and informal by the receptionist stand. The doctor who met me, I think his name is Mark Cook or something like that (I usually don't put names in my reviews but he's a doctor. You need to be extra diligent in the medical industry like this) didn't seem very concerned nor caring of my symptoms. His attitude was ok.. but a little cold... I strongly believe providing clients with great mental and emotional care alongside treating them goes a long way. Update: Tried reaching out regarding my prescription online and did not get a response. I asked an essential question regarding if I'm safe to continue using the prescription and did not get a response. Sure some companies can "ghost" or "ignore" customers but medical institutions have no place for bias. Will never return.

The associate behind the desk was knowledgeable and efficient. Though several people were ahead of me on a Sunday, they did the proper triage, and I was seen within a half hour. The doctor listened (that's a big deal) and I was taken care of promptly. Thanks all!
