Super efficient , doctor was very knowledgeable. Front desk could use a bit more customer service training. The nurse didn’t even introduce herself or read my vitals to me. Bedside manner could use some adjustments. Overall- pleasant experience

Ended up here after walking into and out of a Duke urgent care 10 mins up the road. My first impression was this place smelled so much cleaner and pleasant than Duke! The front desk receptionists were welcoming and approachable. Not a long wait at all for me, but the waiting room was standing room only when I was waiting for papers. One star off for lack of seating during peak times and for the medical assistant who had poor nonverbal and verbal communication skills. I don’t recall her introducing herself, smiling, stating her title, explaining what she was going to do or even telling me my vital signs before I asked.

FastMed Urgent Care on 1311 East Millbrook Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27609. I was able to get an appointment the same day on a Sunday, and very very short wait time in lobby, and to see the doctor. The nurse and the doctor both were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. They will definitely be my go to anytime I need them, and you should too!!

My last visit was great! All of the staff were quick, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, I was feeling a little better as I walked out. I felt much better by the time I made it home. Though, I've visited other offices for the same issue, this is the first time I've felt relief from the allergies and congestion, for an extended period of time. Thank you!

I needed to have one ear cleaned out. I am pleased and surprised that the process was efficient, the wait was short, and I got exactly what I needed in a short time. Only 4 stars because a few more smiles would go a long way. :) That might be unfair of me... everything was done well, and I felt well taken care of. For sure, I would go back -- without a doubt.
