Do Not go to this people for a DOT physical. They are shutting drivers down deliberately. 6 people that I know were all told to go there because they were cheaper. Only $80 but it is definitely not worth losing your driving privileges. I’ve never taken blood pressure meds. I was forced to get a prescription in order to keep my card and now I can only get a one year card now forever. I would definitely advise everyone against these people for medical cards unless you’re in perfect, pristine condition and shape. Just a heads up.

I had a great experience at Medfirst for my immigration medical. The staff was extremely professional and efficient—they didn’t keep me waiting long. Great Staff, and Excellent doctor! I have been a client of Medfirst since 2008. I never had a bad experience there. I did several vaccinations there as well as my yearly routine checkups. It is my go to place every time i got sick. I always knew i will be greeted with warm smiles and a knowledgeable staff. They always offered to educate me on every procedure i was doing. They take very good care of their patients as if they were family. Kudos to Dr. Samia and his wonderful team!

Incredible Experience. Dr. Samia is by far the nicest doctors I ever met. He and his team were perfect match for our needs during the green card application. We had to travel and they worked overtime and diligently to accommodate the visits with our tight travel plans. We went there (my wife and I) to get the medical checkup/testing required by the green card application. Everything went smoothly and they were the more affordable we found around and the most efficient. Definitely a 5 star (if I could I would give a 10!). Strongly recommend to anyone who needs the green card visit done accurately, professionally and in a timely.affordable manner

My husband came down with a terrible earache while on vacation and we found this urgent care. The staff was so attentive and the Dr. was absolutely wonderful! We were in and out in about 20 min with a prescription and lots of advice since we were traveling. We couldn't be more thankful to find such a great place!
