I have gone to this urgent care 2 times before and the wait and visit were quick. We got prescribed the right meds and felt better in no time! Most recently we waited 2 hours to be seen as a scheduled visit patient. Due to time of year I am not surprised, we do have alot of flu and sickness going around! The nurses and providers are nice. The front desk lady is nice as well. I would recommend this urgent care vs ER visit but bring a book or something to distract yourself while you wait.

Please don’t go to this office—go anywhere else. Even the ER doesn’t charge what they charged me. I went in for stitches and was charged $130 upfront, even though I have a reimbursement plan. I was told I’d be reimbursed, but I’m still waiting. They also told me the stitch removal would be free as part of post-op care, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me another $130. After going back and forth with the manager, they agreed not to charge me and promised neither I nor my insurance would be billed. They even told me that if I did get a bill, I should call—which made no sense if they truly weren’t billing insurance. Sure enough, they billed my insurance and me anyway. When I called to get it corrected, I had to wait 30 minutes just to talk to someone. Then I was told, “We’re a private office and can do whatever we want.” The attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I later found out the manager even told staff they were going to charge me after I left. Who even charges for a simple stitch removal? This was genuinely the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The only positive part was the doctor, everything else was dishonest, chaotic, and stressful. I would have rather dealt with the injury longer than deal with this office. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Do not waste your time at this urgent care. Made an appointment to be seen 2 days in advance. Walk in to being the only patient in the building. No other patients being seen in the back. Left me waiting in the waiting room for nearly an hour. Yet took them all of 30 seconds from walking in the door to take my money. My advice, go anywhere else.

Avoid this place if you can. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM and ended up waiting five hours before being seen. Completely unacceptable. I came in for a very simple reason — I needed three medical forms filled out. One of them the provider simply refused to complete. If I had known that in advance, I would have gone to a different clinic. The most confusing part is that six months ago the same clinic filled out the exact same form without any problem, but now suddenly they say they “don’t do that anymore.” Also, I have serious concerns about the provider Ke Yang. Calling this unprofessional would be the absolute minimum. The entire experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and careless.

Staff was cool but the doc wasn’t trying to make me comfortable AT ALL considering my discomfort and pain. Refused to treat me to alleviate my pain and discomfort with meds. Stay away from This urgent care. They will tell you if a test dont show it we cant treat you off your symptoms which is AGAINST THE LAW.
