I had a great experience here. Rarely do you find such caring support from a medical team these days unfortunately, especially at an urgent care. They let me speak and listened and I felt very validated. They got me in and out in a timely and reasonable manner being that I was a walk-in. The nurse who helped me was so kind and in great spirits. I apologize, I forgot her name. Dr. Andrew was incredibly attentive and I could tell he’s passionate about his job. I felt appropriately taken care of and would go back again if needed. I greatly appreciate what they’ve done for me today.

My party and I came in for a routine visit, and overall the experience was positive. The staff was friendly, my partner was seen quickly, and the lobby was very clean and quiet. The only concern I had was regarding another patient—a young lady who came in feeling very ill and seemed a bit confused. While the staff assisted her promptly and offered her options, once she was taken back I overheard some staff members laughing about the situation and commenting, with some attitude, that she needed to come back to sign paperwork. I don’t believe they intended to be rude, but when there are patients in the lobby, it’s important to be mindful that conversations can be overheard. Comments made in passing can affect how others perceive the care environment. Would I return to this location? Yes, I would. Despite the small concern mentioned, the overall quality of care and the professionalism shown during our visit were strong enough for me to trust them with future appointments. The team was efficient, the environment was clean and calm, and my partner was treated with respect. I do recommend this location to others. With just a bit more mindfulness around conversations that can be overheard in the lobby, this facility has the potential to provide an even better experience for every patient who walks through the door.

I was very blessed by my experience with WakeMed MyCare 365 & Urgent Care last night. It was my first time going because I had an urgent situation and I had not been to a doctor this year since my primary care physician passed away 6 months ago. They gave me the attention I needed and diagnosed my situation with kindness, patience and a genuine concern even though I walked in right before closing time. Their professionalism and accessibility has taken the pressure off for me to find a PCP because now I know they are there and I will be utilizing there services in the future.

I have had a really great experience with WakeMed MyCare 365! I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for some time now, and every time I see him and his team, I feel flooded with gratitude and relief. I am medically complex, and Dr. Williams has been a really amazing advocate and support for me on my health journey. He is knowledgeable about the various conditions I have, as well as how to manage them. He is personable and kind, and the appointments never feel rushed. Knowing that I have him on my team eases my anxiety immensely. The nurses are also so nice and friendly! I highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for a compassionate, competent PCP 😊

We had a great experience at WakeMed MyCare 365! We were seen quickly and everyone was friendly. Jessica was very kind and had amazing skill drawing blood for my nervous teen. Andrew Yoon was extremely thorough and did a great job connecting with and helping my daughter. He also gave great recommendations for overall healthful living. Would highly recommend!!
