I only came to UNC Urgent Care at the insistence of my daughter. When I arrived, I only had to wait for the protocol as I was checked in. My nurses moved quickly, being compassionate. I am so glad that I went, not knowing that my cough was worse than I thought. I didn’t have time to think about what I needed as they moved quickly and purposely. By the time my daughter arrived, they quickly informed her of my position. I am grateful for their service. I felt totally secure. I would recommend UNC Midtown Urgent Care to anyone! I am so pleased.

My husband went in for a laceration of his right lower leg. The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk very helpful and friendly! Once called back the RN Zach evaluated and stabilized as my husband is on a blood thinner. Zach was very quick, friendly and thorough! My husband’s PA Tim was excellent! He explained everything to my husband as he numbed the area and put 10 sutures in. Just a great team all around here! Fast, friendly and efficient! If you need urgent care that is fast, thorough and friendly this is your place!

Be aware ! These people have no heart. My friend took her son that has epilepsy right after he fell and had a cut in his head. He was bleeding and they didn’t care ! He just needed stitches to stop the bleeding. She took him 10 minutes before they close and they refused seeing him and told her that they are closing. This is UNHUMAN !!! STAY AWAY FROM this urgent care. !!

Excellent care! Quick and very thorough with X-rays to make sure I was not sick with pneumonia. Very little wait.

So I walk in before 7:30 to be told that they’re not seeing anymore patients after 7:30. Mind you I walked in and turned around walked out through the parking lot to my vehicle and looked at my watch and it was only 7:26 when the sign on the door said to be checked in before 7:30. They could’ve gotten me in as there were no patients at all in the whole facility so it’s it like they were busy or swamped.
