I see Annelise Landreth- NP. She's wonderful! She asked a lot of questions, was very thorough, really listened, and explained everything she was doing, and also asked for consent during my physical. I felt very heard, very understood, and very cared for. I am glad I found her and highly recommend her services.

One of the best urgent care. Staff is nice and well knowledgeable and will take care of you. They also try to suggest all the good options and ensure no useless testing or xrays or such are needed. Working 12 hours a day is not a easy task, but they do their best to check you in and get you out with a developed plan and positive mindset.

I was looking for a new doctor who would take my concerns seriously. Today my PA was Kathryn Willson. She was attentive and discussed my concerns at length. I didn't feel rushed and we worked together to find new solutions to keep me healthy.

I'm new to the area and I came in as a walk-in for some issues I was having. The wait was short, but the person at the desk was having a hard time understanding that I use my first name and not my middle name when she looked at my D.L. And she couldn't spell a common last name. Once in the back, I asked for specific testing to be done. She was stuck on trying to make it seem like the person with me didn't care about what was happening. When the doctor read my results, she laughed outrageously out loud, knee slapped and doubled over as if she were at an early 90's comedy show, while I was mortified about the results. Completely unprofessional. I will NOT return unless it's the absolute last place to go to. They need more training and they need to learn compassion.

By far, the best urgent care facility I have been to. Every person I interacted with greeted me with a smile. The staff work well together to provide efficient.and timely care. I would give this facility 10 stars if I could.
