Poor customer service. I walked in with 2 infected ears. The place was absolutely empty, one white haired lady at the front desk. I gave her my phone number to get started and then asked how much an appointment would roughly cost, she flatly replied “No idea.”. I said “No idea?”, she replied “I’m not in the billing department.”. I took my ID and walked right out. Lady this in an urgent care, you should be fired, period. I’ll go to the VA on Monday where you get treated with some respect.

I had a very bad UTI and the staff was wonderful! Jolane (sp?), Nicole, and Alicia were very understanding. I could not ask for a better team! Thank you ladies! ❤️❤️

I have always received efficient and fast care at this location. The doctors and nurses are also very patient and thorough with my toddler. We did not feel rushed at all. They seem to really care about the patient and take their time. Front desk staff has always been pleasant as well. Easy in and out! I will continue to visit this location when needed.

The woman Dr.'s I've seen here are absolutely great. I love that it shows LGBTQ friendly on the Google page. She knew what to do with me and what I needed. Answered my questions and called me with fast test results. Smart reliable woman who work here. All of them. Lady at the desk is great too. Absolutely love this urgent care.
