Just received a charge for $715 for a visit where they ran a Covid test and wouldn’t even prescribe me asthma medications. This was back in October, and I never received any bill or information. Come to find out, they wrote my information down wrong in my chart, so I can’t even access my bill online. This place is a scam. Go to university hospitals.

The only good thing about this place is Blake. The first girl who got me told me my wife couldn't come with me and had to wait outside in the office area. She swabbed my nose and said she knew nothing about the billing information. My wife asked the front desk person and was texting me telling me it would be $300 for the visit. Blake entered my room and I immediately told him it’s within my rights to know since I’m paying out of pocket. Blake was very understanding and apologetic and is the only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one.

Pretty unprofessional, actually. I called to get a consultation about top surgery and when I asked if they do those, she was just like "we do not", and before I was able to ask if she knew any locations that did, she hung up.

In Cleveland from out of town. Needed to see a doctor. Had to wait, but that is par for the course these days. Staff friendly and efficient; facility clean. Was able to get the medical treatment I needed.
