I had interaction with four staff members including Dr. Young and each and everyone was outstanding. I am very happy that my employer uses such a competent medical provider!! Kudos to all the staff at this location!

Went on a Monday around 1pm for physical and drug screen with no appt. Parking was fine. Waited about 30 mins in the lobby. Another 30 mins in the room waiting for the doc. Front desk ladies were kind and cheerful. Nurse was direct, clear, and helpful. No complaints.

The renewal of my DOT physical went great. It was done in timely manner. The care takers was great and show the upmost professionalism. I will be recommended this facility to others in need of their services.

Honestly, I had a really good experience with this location. They made sure that they got people out as fast as they possibly could. There’s a waiting room full of people and they handled it so well. The facilities were OK as far as cleanliness, but Janiece was very pleasant and professional. As an operation As an operations manager, she does a great job. I would return to this facility.

Reception was either, a.) poorly-staffed, or b.) inadequately trained in patient handling. I arrived, was told to sign my name on a clipboard, and told to sit down. The individual handling the check-in process did not even ask the nature of my visit. This left me sitting for nearly 45 minutes with no idea of how long I would be idle while wondering what my next step(s) would be. This could have been solved with an extremely brief, "Thank you for signing in. What are you here for" or "I'll call you back up shortly. We've been looking at X-minute wait times." The "back of the house" staff was very fast and effective! Once I was processed and called in, I had no complaints"
